The Springboks’ failure to finish off their opportunities and some ill-discipline, which resulted in crucial penalties for England, cost them the match at Twickenham on Saturday, according to Rassie Erasmus, the SA Rugby Director of Rugby.


Bafana Bafana head coach Stuart Baxter has announced the squad to face Nigeria in a crucial 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Saturday, 17 November 2018 at FNB Stadium.

The match kicks off at 15h00.

Baxter has had to re-arrange his squad due to injuries to several of his key players – the latest being England-based Kamohelo Mokotjo.


South Africa’s national Under-20 (Amajita) head coach Thabo Senong says he and his charges would need to take every game seriously if they are to stand a chance of defending their COSAFA Under-20 Men’s Championship title in this year’s edition.

Senong was speaking in light of their group opponents following the tournament’s draw which was conducted in Kitwe, Zambia on Wednesday.
